个人简况:

白志鹏,男,研究员,博士生导师,中国环境科学研究院大气化学和气溶胶科技创新基地首席专家,兼任南开大学博士生导师,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,教育部跨世纪优秀人才,山东省“城市大气污染监控预警技术岗位”泰山学者特聘专家,2006年全国气象科技大会上获“全国气象科技先进工作者”荣誉称号。

研究领域:空气颗粒物基准与标准,城市环境空气污染防治,灰霾的形成、危害与防控研究,开放源、燃油源、燃煤源表征与控制技术研究,源与环境采样技术研发,室内空气污染防治,暴露测量与环境风险评价,信息技术在环境科学中的应用。

先后主持和参加国外、国际合作、国家自然科学基金项目、科技部、教育部、国家重点实验室项目、天津市基金项目、各省市科技局和环保局项目几十项。其中国外、国际合作3项,科技部项目7项,国家自然科学基金5项(主持三项),目前正在主持2011年度国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项“飞行器航测气溶胶的成套仪器设备研发”(2157万元),对于推动环科院在大气航空测量技术与设备研发和解决国家重大仪器需求方面具有重要意义。

国内外期刊发表学术论文150多篇(其中英文学术期刊论文58篇),其中70余篇SCI摘引,累计影响因子近100,被引用100余次,发表会议论文六十余篇。近年来主编一本专著和四本教材,参编四本专著。申请八项国家发明专利(已授权三项)和七项实用新型专利(已授权两项)。申请计算机软件著作权三项。主持中国气象行业标准“膜采样气溶胶碳成分分析方法”。参加三项有关室内环境国家标准的编制。获省部级科技进步二等奖六次,三等奖三次,获副省级科技进步一等奖三次。

担任世界卫生组织(WHO)室内空气质量导则制定工作组顾问,近年来主编一本专著和四本教材,参编四本专著。申请八项国家发明专利(已授权三项)和七项实用新型专利(已授权两项)。申请计算机软件著作权三项。主持中国气象行业标准“膜采样气溶胶碳成分分析方法”。参加三项有关室内环境国家标准的编制。获省部级科技进步二等奖六次(2005年度天津市科技进步二等奖第一名),三等奖三次,获副省级科技进步一等奖三次。在建设国家环境保护城市空气颗粒物污染防治重点实验室、开拓南开大学与中国气象局实质性合作、建设中国-荷兰环境与健康中心等平台方面,做出了突出的贡献。
